SciDome is recommended for planetariums with dome diameters up to 45 feet (13.5 meters). The standard brightness SciDome is appropriate for domes up to 30 feet (9.1 meters). For domes up to 45 feet, Spitz’ high brightness SciDome is available.
SciDome includes a library of astronomical, educational and special-effects imagery properly formatted for fulldome display. Most clips are 30-40 seconds long and suitable for use in Sky Tonight shows, lessons, or as special effects in automated shows. Imagery includes stars, galaxies, planets, and other astronomy simulations. |
